Nendaz Freeride is always an event on a massive scale, with 30 tonnes of equipment, 3km of optical fibre, 6 cameras, 2 giant screens, 150 staff members and volunteers, and 20 event logistics specialists who manage 5 different areas.
This year, it’s of course likely that the event organisers will also have the added complication of contending with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
